Direct Billing
To determine whether or not we can bill your insurance plan directly, please send us an email with your full (legal) name, extended health insurance provider, plan number, and policy number. Unfortunately, direct-billing is not permissible for plans with Sun Life, Great West Life, Manulife, and Pacific Blue Cross.
Initial consultation fee
The initial consultation fee is $180, which includes a one-hour assessment of your baseline nutrition status, strategy discussion, as well as a documented summary of recommendations after the consultation.
Virtual Health
Consultations are conducted virtually by video call, or by phone call. Appointments are available on weekdays; evenings and weekends are currently unavailable.
